Jenny Dowdy first started her Real Estate career in Dallas in the 80’s and renewed her passion when she moved back to Texas in 2009 at Keller Williams Frisco. As a multi-million dollar performing Realtor, she is active in Greater North Texas areas and consistently ranks at the top of her profession, with more than 95% of her business from referrals. Jenny specializes in residential pre-owned homes, new construction, investment properties, Divorce Care, Seniors 55+ Market, and Elder Transitions.
Jenny is currently serving as a Master Faculty Member, a Market Center Instructor and continues to serve on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC). The ALC is comprised of the top 10% of the Keller Williams agent body in the Frisco Market Center. The purpose of the Associate Leadership Council is to guarantee their associates a vehicle for giving direct input as to the operation of Keller Williams Frisco Market Center. She is Top Producer in Market, has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence from Broker Agent, is a recipient of the Five Star Award, and is recognized as a Reputable Agent from Peer Reputation LLC. Jenny holds designations of SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), and CSA (Certified Senior Advisor).
Jenny is a resident of Frisco and shares her passion for her community in many ways. She is a member of the Frisco Sunrise Rotary Club, Frisco Chamber of Commerce and its Women Enhancing Business division, a Frisco Leadership Class XVI graduate, and a Frisco Arts Muse Member and Ambassador. Jenny gives back 10-15% of her earnings each year to the community through these and other groups.
Her son, Brent Dowdy, and his wife Jeanette both live, work, and play in the DFW area.
